Reports available via page links are displayed in a number of pages within the Job Manager web client. Because the presence of Reports in Job Manager pages depends upon a number of variables unique to each customer and user (including whether or not Reports are used and users have access permissions for them), it is impossible to describe the location and function of each Report in your system. However, if available, Reports generated from Page Links will always be available in the Custom Queries and Reports box on the following pages:

Note: Some Reports may also be available in the Print menu. For more information on these reports, see "Print Menu Reports".
Generating a Report from a Page link
Note: This procedure describes the process of generating a Report from a page link for Reports that require user input. If the Report does not requires user input before being generated, the process for generating the report will differ slightly from that described in this procedure.
- Select and click the desired Report in the Custom Queries and Reports box of the page. An input page for the selected Report will appear.
Note: If the Report does not require any user inputs, the Choose Report Format warning message will appear (if it has not been suppressed).
- Type the required information for the Report, select a format, and click OK (
). A Generating Report message will appear.
- Optional: Click Cancel (
) to stop generating the Report. The Generating Report message will close and the Report will not be generated.
- Download the Report. When the Report has been generated, it will be downloaded to your computer using the standard download mechanism for your browser. This may be an automatic process, or it may require user interaction.
