Viewing Job Charges

  1. Open the Job Details page for the job in which you wish to modify Charges.
  2. Click the Charges link in the header of the page. The Job Charges page will open, displaying the job’s name, customer description, and charges.
    Note: A job charge that has been invoiced is shown in blue. It cannot be modified or deleted.
  3. Click the View drop down list and selected Charges, Outside Purchases, or Summary:<> to review the job charges that meet each of these classifications.
  4. PRINTING: To print the results, click the Print View link in the header of the page. The results will open in a new browser window. Click Print ( ) in the new browser window.
  5. EXPORTING: To export the results of the Job Charges window, click Export Data. In the Export Data window that opens, set the export options and click OK ( ). The file will be exported and downloaded according to the download settings of your browser.
