Installing the MetaCommunications SQL SDK Package
The MetaCommunications SQL SDK package is available for installation by authorized customers only. Before attempting to install the MetaCommunications SQL SDK, verify that you have the MetaCommunications SQL SDK installation password. This password is available in the License Certificates page (http://www.meta-comm.com/customers/licensing/certificate.asp) of the MetaCommunications website (login required).
The MetaCommunications SQL SDK installation package may be downloaded from the Software Downloads page (http://www.meta-comm.com/customers/downloads/) of the MetaCommunications website (login required).
Installing the MetaCommunications SQL SDK Package
- Open the SQLSDK.exe file downloaded from the MetaCommunications website. The License Agreement window will appear.
- Read the MetaCommunications End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Click I Agree (
) if you agree to the EULA. The SQL SDK - Password window will open. If you do not agree with the EULA, click Cancel to exit the MetaCommunications SQL SDK Package Installer.
- Type the installation password and click Next (
). The SQL SDK - Installation Folder window will open.
- Select a location to which you want to install the MetaCommunications SQL SDK package files. By default, C:\Program Files\MetaCommunciations\SQL SDK is selected. You will need to know the installation location when you install the MetaCommunications SQL SDK to your database.
- Click Finish (
). The MetaCommunications SQL SDK package files will be installed to the selected location and an Installation Complete window will appear.
- Click OK (
). The MetaCommunications SQL SDK package installer will close. You may now proceed to “Installing the MetaCommunications SQL SDK to a Database” below.
