Adding and removing reviewers from stages

Note: Reviewers can be assigned by the manager to any stage that has not yet been completed. A stage has already been completed cannot have reviewers added to it unless the stage is first made active.

  1. Click the Edit link below the list of assigned reviewers or producers in a stage (See thumbnail, Step 1). A popup list of reviewers (or producers) will appear (See Thumbnail, Step 2).
  2. To Remove an Assigned User: Deselect the checkbox corresponding to the user name and click OK (See thumbnail, Step 2).
  3. To Add a User: Click the Add Reviewer link (for Review Stages) or the Add Staff link (for Production Stages). A popup list of users will appear (See thumbnail, Step 3). Browse to and select a user to add to the stage.
