- Open an Estimate and display it in Edit mode if it is not already.
- Scroll down to the Estimate Items section of the page.
- Select the estimate item you want to copy to the list of quote items and click Copy Selected Items to Quote (
). This action will prompt Job Manager to automatically insert the selected estimate item into the Quote Items grid, including the description, quantity, unit, unit price, and total price information. - Repeat Step 3 for each estimate item you want to convert to a quote item.
