- Click Email Message Queue in the Administrator tab. The Email Message Queue page will open. By default, the Email Message Queue is set to display queued emails with any status; that is, it will show queued emails with either a status of Failed or of Pending.
- Click the Status drop-down and select a status. The page will refresh to show only those emails with the selected status. A status of Failed will show only emails in the queue with a status of Failed. A status of Pending will show only emails in the queue with a status of Pending. A status of Any will show emails in the queue with either status.
