Approval Manager allows you to send test emails on-demand to an email address of your choice. This can be helpful for validating the entered SMTP server, tracking down problems with email delivery, etc...
- Click the Email Notifications link in the Administration Tab to open the Email Notifications page, if it is not already open.
- Scroll down to the Outgoing Email Setup section of the Email Notifications page.
- Type the email address to which you would like to send a test email in the To: field.
- Click Send (
). Approval Manager will attempt to immediately send the email using the SMTP server address defined above.
