- Type a name for the file in the Name field of the Upload File page. If you leave this blank, the Name field will be populated with the name of the selected file.
- Click Choose File. A file system browser window will open.
Note: For commenting and annotation features to be available in Adobe Reader, PDF files uploaded for review in Approval Manager must have been saved with Acrobat Professional with the "Enable for Commenting and Analysis in Adobe Reader" option enabled prior to being uploaded in Approval Manager. - Browse to and select the file to upload. Click Choose/OK when done. The Finder/Windows Explorer window will close.
- Type comments you want to attach to the file in the Comments field.
- Select the Production Completed checkbox if you want the Production Stage to be marked as Complete when you finish adding the file. If you do not want the Production Stage to be marked as Complete, ensure that the Production Completed checkbox is NOT selected.

- Click Update when done. The Upload File page will close and the file(s) will be added to the Approval Process.
