- In the Manage Worklist, find the proof you want to upload a new version of a file to.
- Point to the Approval Processes Proof Name in the Manage Worklist. The Menu Expander button will appear.

Approval Process File Management Page - Click Upload New Version for the file listed in the File Management Page that you want to upload a new version for. The section controls for the selected file will change, displaying a Choose File button and an active Comments field.

- Browse to and select the file to upload. Click Choose/OK when done. The Finder/Windows Explorer window will close.
- Type any comments you want to attach to the file in the Comments field.
- Click Update when done. The new version of the file will be uploaded to the Approval Process.
