Step 5 - Ordered Items and Customer Deposits
Ordered items, like tasks, are services your company provides to your customers. Unlike tasks, however, ordered items are pre-defined items that are sold at a fixed price but with variable costs. Ordered items and Customer Deposits can both be utilized. Ordered items are intended for use as line items that may be applied to estimates, jobs, or invoices. Customer Deposits may appear only in invoices for reflecting prepayments made by the customer.
