Step 7 - Employees, Groups, and Privileges

The next phase to setting up your company structure actually involves three separate steps: defining the users of the system (i.e. your company's employees), defining groups, and assigning group access privileges. Groups help to organize your company's employees and serve as a security mechanism to distribute features of the Job Manager system to the different users defined in the system.
