Workflow templates are defined in Job Manager to replicate your company's real-life production workflow cycles. Workflows help track your company's jobs as they progress through the production process by providing instant access to a graphical map of the cost center in which a job is currently located and the cost centers that it has encountered in the past and is expected to go through in the future. During the setup process of the Job Manager system, standard templates may be created which can then, in turn, be assigned to specific jobs that are submitted by your customers.
